Health Qigong

Health Qigong is a traditional athletic exercise integrating the adjustments of body, breath, and mind. Qigong improves health, exploits potential to achieve harmony inside the body by adjusting movement, breath, and mind in practice. It distinguishes itself from other physical exercise with the unique integrated state of "three adjustments into one".


Wushu, also known as Kungfu and Chinese Martial Arts, consists of forms containing movements of attack and defense, with bare hands or with weapons. It is a sport for fitness and self protection, stressing both etiquette and morals. It also improves strength, endurance, and flexibility while building confidence and instilling discipline.
